Note: We do NOT have access to your O2 account, personal account details, billing information, or any data held by O2 or any other network provider.

For each telephone call, we collect:

  • Date and time of your call
  • Duration of the call
  • Your telephone number (via caller ID)

2.3 Call Recording Disclosure

Calls to our helpline may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. If calls are recorded, you will be informed at the start of the call. You may request that your call not be recorded.

2.4 Website Usage Data

When you visit our website, we automatically collect:
